Private balcony
The balcony railings were temporarily removed to provide access, and a telehandler expertly lifted and positioned the sauna beneath the roof overhang. Haljas managed the entire process — from preparation to final installation.
As the apartment’s electrical capacity could not support a 9kW heater, the client chose an alternative solution. The sauna was built with extra insulation and was fitted with a compact 3.5kW heater designed to run from a standard household socket.
